Four Humboldt Penguins at the Beach

Penguins are incredibly agile and elegant when swimming or fishing, but on land they look like a troupe of clowns, even when they are not waddling around in rank and file. Perhaps the popularity of these animals stems from the fact that they appear so friendly and clumsy on land. Penguins are also very popular as motifs of Fritz: a similar Hug painting with penguins sold for more than CHF 15,000 on an auction platform a few years ago.
