The second picture book on biblical themes, created by Fritz as illustrator and his wife Margrit as author, tells the story of creation from the making of light to the expulsion of Adam and Eve from paradise. In this volume, too, the imagery is rather atypical for Fritz’s art; he adapted it to suit the needs of the young readership of a children’s book.
