Golden Retriever

Fritz loved dogs, we always had a lady dog at home, who was then quite often portrayed. However, Fritz became less and less interested in dogs as a subject for his art. The reason was the many dog portraits he painted as commissioned works. Nevertheless, Fritz still painted great dog portraits late in his career. In this picture of a golden retriever, you can clearly see the beauty and soul of the animal in the picture.
