Capricorn “Never Give Up!”

This watercolor of an ibex climbing a rock face to the limits of its strength was created shortly before Fritz’s death. It was meant to symbolize his own struggle against the disease and to encourage him in not giving up. Although Fritz was terminally ill and could no longer walk independently, he was still able to create masterpieces with his hands.
